This listing is for a customized 4x8 name plaque. The Mom plaque can be personalized with up to 5 names. To add names to the mom plaque put them in the notes and instruction section at the bottom of the contact page. The names will be on a glossy white tile. The item will take 1 week to ship. Once the item is picked up by the post office Tinkabow isn’t liable for packages that are lost or and cannot insure that a package will be to the customer by a certain date. Tinkabow does not accept refunds or exchanges unless it is do to our mistake.
